General
The holiday homes BLUE BEACH HOUSE (Europarcs Schoneveld - Schoneveld 1 (F100) - 4511HR Breskens - The Netherlands) and WHITE BEACH HOUSE (Europarcs Schoneveld - Schoneveld 1 (F100) - 4511HR Breskens - The Netherlands) are owned and managed by SALUS BV - MAANSTRAAT 1 - 2800 BELGIUM. The manager may be replaced by another host or representative in appropriate cases. These General Terms and Conditions / House Rules apply to all users of the BLUE BEACH HOUSE and WHITE BEACH HOUSE holiday cottages. With the confirmation of the reservation, these General Terms and Conditions take effect. On request, a copy of these General Terms and Conditions will be provided to users free of charge. Our hotel is less suitable for (small) children. Private areas may not be entered by hotel guests.
Reservation
When booking, the number of persons who will be staying at BLUE BEACH HOUSE and WHITE BEACH HOUSE must always be correctly stated.
Additional beds or children's beds can be placed at any time subject to a supplement. By entering into a rental agreement for your stay, these
The reservation can be made by e-mail or via our online booking system. You will immediately receive a proforma invoice. After payment of the proforma invoice, your reservation is final. The invoice amount must be paid by bank transfer to the account number stated on the invoice or via our payment provider.
If the proforma invoice is not paid, your reservation request will be cancelled without notice.
In case of violation of the maximum occupancy indicated on the reservation form, SALUS BV will charge 100% of the applicable overnight rate per violation, in addition to the already payable accommodation costs.
Rates
Rates include gas, water, electricity, heating, VAT . Additional tourist tax is applicable, which is also stated on the invoice. Rates do not include costs of cancellation and/or travel insurance and/or other costs. Rates are always without obligation and are subject to interim changes. All information on our website is deemed to be provided in good faith and is subject to change. SALUS BV is not bound by manifest errors on its website. In case of a double booking, it is not possible for only one of the two guests to book breakfast.
Cancellation
If you are unable to honour the reservation made, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can offer the vacant date to a third party.
We maintain a policy of "NOT REFUNDABLE" reservations. In case of a cancellation or no-show, funds will NOT be refunded.
Check-in
Check-in is in principle from 16:00 onwards. In consultation with the manager/hostess a different time can be agreed upon. Check-in is preferably before 18:00.
Please let us know at least one day before arrival what time you expect to arrive. That way, there will definitely be someone present and you will not have to wait unnecessarily.
Check-out
You can check out until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Depending on the occupancy, a different check-out time can be agreed in consultation with and after permission from the guest. However, the guideline remains 10:00.
Respect for neighbours
We kindly ask our guests not to cause any nuisance. All music - and any other kind of noise - must be played at room volume, so as not to disturb the other guests and neighbours, and is prohibited from 10 pm to 7 am.
Visitors
If you wish to receive guests, please inform the hostess in advance.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Key management
On arrival, you will find a key and a barrier card for your stay in the key box provided. You are responsible for locking the doors to your accommodation. When checking out, please return the key and barrier card to the key box. If the key or barrier card is lost, we are obliged to charge €100.00.
Bed linen and towels
Bed linen and towels are not provided. You must bring these yourself. You will receive another welcome letter with all the details.
Parking
You can park your car for free in the designated parking spaces in front of the house. Parking is only allowed for the duration of the stay. We are not liable for theft and/or any kind of damage to your car. Parking on the premises is at your own risk.
Smoking
It is forbidden to smoke in the flats of SALUS. In consultation, you may smoke on the terrace, provided others are not disturbed and safety is not compromised. The terrace should remain smoke-free. Misuse of fire extinguishers or disabling the smoke detector is not permitted.
Alcohol and drugs
Alcohol abuse is prohibited, so enjoy, but drink in moderation. It is prohibited at SALUS BV to possess, use and/or trade drugs.
Internet
SALUS BV provides a WIFI guest network. The user will refrain from visiting internet websites that are unlawful in nature or inconsistent with SALUS BV's reputation as accommodation provider. In case of detection or suspicion of nuisance of third parties and/or (other) internet abuse by the user, SALUS BV has the right, without further notice, to block the access to the internet or not completely.
Damages
SALUS BV is in no way liable for any kind of damage, loss or theft you may suffer during your stay at BLUE or WHITE BEACH HOUSE.
Should any damage be caused to the accommodation or its furnishings during your stay, you should notify SALUS BV. The manager is not liable for loss of personal property and personal injury.
Bicycles
It is strictly forbidden to bring bicycles inside the building. If necessary, these can be put at the side of the building. Please discuss this with the manager.
